101 Reasons To Smile

#2: My Little Brothers

We went on a lovely walk today at Herrick Lake. My little brothers were so funny and silly. They made me laugh like crazy. (Partly because I’m so tired.)

For some reason Mom and John managed to jump out and scare the rest of us. From that moment on James and Peter were determined to scare her. So Peter ran ahead, (in his dirty orange crocs,) to hide. We came walking up the path and saw peeking out from behind a tree, yes, those lovely orange crocs. But you know, we were gonna pretend we didn’t see him. So we just kept walking.

Then James ran behind the tree and pulled Peter out from behind it. In a headlock, of course. Poor Peter. We all got a little annoyed with James.

The funny part was that then James went running to hide behind his own tree. He was actually concealed by the tree, but Peter was determined that if James ruined his scare, he would ruin James’. So he came running up to us and yelled,

“HI MOM! JAMES IS BEHIND THE TREE!!” It was funny. This of course resulted in more fighting and headlocks. But it was all in fun. We assume. =)

not the exact tree, but you get the picture 😉
